Situated in the General Motors Building, this 175,000 square-foot project encompassed new construction and a phased restack for the law firm’s headquarters. The high-end interior fit-out includes significant renovations to the firm’s amenity spaces, featuring a versatile 40,000 square-foot conference center that can be reconfigured for various purposes. Additionally, the upper floor houses a brand-new commercial kitchen and servery with seating for 80 people. The space showcases custom millwork combined with glass and stone materials, along with both open and private offices, fostering a collaborative environment and a timeless aesthetic.
