There is no doubt our previous logo has played a paramount role in establishing our presence within the construction industry and represented our company well. Now, with over thirty years to our name and countless successful project under our belt, we have taken this opportunity to begin a new chapter and refresh our identity to better align with the evolution and impact J.T. Magen has had since first breaking ground in 1992.
As leaders in the construction industry, it is imperative we keep our finger on the pulse and ensure our brand reflects the high-end projects we have worked on. Our new logo materializes this notion by effectively incorporating the intricate and distinct craftsmanship J.T. Magen is known for into a sleek, innovative design, that both emulates who we are and how far we have come. As one of our core values, accountability is at the forefront of every project we undertake, as we instill strict job site protocols, safety regulations, labor supervision, project cost management, and daily risk management, to name a few.
Additionally, accountability is incredibly essential to creating and strengthening relationships-not only with clients and consultants, but with our own team. Our goal is to effectively coordinate and communicate with all parties to ensure scheduling needs, deadlines and expectations are met-both realistically and efficiently-in an effort to not only reduce costs for clients, but to further uphold our reputation as a committed and accountable company, as reflected in our values and work ethic.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management or Civil Engineering;
6 months of experience as Assistant Project Manager or Junior Project Manager;
6 months of experience preparing cost estimations and budgets, and managing construction project schedules using Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Timberline; and
6 months of experience analyzing and measuring blueprints and drawings using AutoCAD and Plan Grid, and preparing periodic reports
Salary range: $108,000 to $120,000 per annum.
