Kramer Levin

New York

This interior fit-out and renovation for prominent law firm spans 267,000 square feet across 10 floors. The project, aimed at creating a welcoming and sophisticated environment, includes a redesigned double height grand atrium to welcome visitors and employees, private offices, a client-facing conference center, a café/servery, breakout areas for collaboration, and a large data center. Executed in multiple phases, the project required meticulous coordination with building management and the client to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption. The design combines classic and contemporary elements, reflecting the firm’s prestige and forward-thinking approach. Precise scheduling and continuous communication ensured the project’s success.
