Schulte Roth & Zabel

New York

This 285,000 SF project required a phased approach to renovate nine floors while the client occupied the space, minimizing disruption to the law firm’s operations. The practice floors and multipurpose conference center were meticulously renovated and feature collaboration and conference rooms, and a new dining room and cooking facility, all connected by an open stairway. High-quality furniture with advanced technology and ergonomic design was selected for functionality and comfort. Vibrant pops of color and transparency throughout rooms foster a collaborative culture. Infrastructure upgrades included IDF closets from an off-site data center and dedicated mechanical space for power distribution and cooling, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
