Steve’s background in engineering and finance gives him a unique perspective on all aspects of the construction process. Steve directs his focus on overall project administration including: review Lease and building Rules & Regulations and disseminate to project team, contract negotiations with Owner and Subcontractors, project specific insurance requirements / qualifying subcontractors, oversee project accounting, and project-specific intricacies such as City/State incentive programs, sales tax, etc. His construction milieu operates in multiple markets including private commercial, residential, medical, industrial, and public works. He is dedicated to upholding the company’s mission of delivering innovative, breakthrough projects with social responsibility and integrity.
