Maurice Regan started J.T. Magen in 1992 because he wanted to get away from the brokerage model of construction that primarily manages subcontractors. Instead, he intended to understand the clients’ needs and requirements, provide real services with on-staff expertise, and deliver both quality and value.

The company diversified into a host of project types and industries, and opened additional offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, as well as handling North American roll-outs for some of the most successful brands in the world.
