An iconic 5,000 square foot outdoor terrace boasts panoramic views of New York Harbor. The new high tech and efficient workspace was designed for HRT’s growing team. Highlights of the space include; a full kitchen with cooking facilities, bleacher style stairway seating, boardroom, IDF closets and VC rooms. After the success of the first project at 4 World Trade Center, J.T. Magen was brought back to build out 6 additional floors at 3 World Trade Center. This 211,000 SF office features a fitness center, game lounges, an open workspace setting, and a sizeable outdoor terrace with panoramic views of NYC-all encouraging employees to socialize.
