Spanning seven floors, this fit-out for our prestigious client’s office relocation exudes sophistication, perfectly tailoring to our client’s brand. Featuring high-end finishes throughout, the space boasts private offices, workstations, a trading area, conference and meeting rooms, an auditorium, studio space, a vented kitchen and cafeteria, and flexible multipurpose rooms. Our goal was to create a luxurious office environment that seamlessly blends comfort and contemporary design with a nod to classic old New York. One of the highlights of this project is the impressive “traditional” steel staircase, adding a touch of grandeur to the space.
