Baker Hostetler
This project involves the expansion of 3 floors for leading law firm within the historical Rockefeller Center. Spanning 90,000 square feet across 3 floors, the fit-out includes the new construction of a staircase between two floors, a multi-purpose room/public assembly space, and open workstations for support staff to accommodate rapid growth and provide continuity and flexibility. The design also features custom lighting throughout and a spacious pantry, creating a functional and modern workspace within the iconic landmark.

What began as a moderate renovation became a larger, phased project, and, ultimately, an exercise in progressive programming. In addition to the traditional perimeter offices, they adopted an open workspace solution for litigation support staff to accommodate rapid growth and continued flexibility.
