Aligned Energy (ORD-1)

Ground-up 220,000 SF precast structure supported on 900 rammed aggregate piers. An exterior equipment yard houses the generators and containerized electrical gear. 36MW critical load. Data hall conditioning is achieved using air cooled chillers and high efficiency fanwall units. Stormwater management is comprised of an interconnected, underground vault (StormTrap) system containing three separate double-trap vaults providing 7.37 acre-feet of detention storage. The project will achieve three Green Globes.
