This Energy Star awarded addition to the existing campus is able to support high-density requirements with 18 megawatts of power and sustainably focused construction features. A turnkey data center built in downtown Chicago constructed in 3 phases with 6 megawatts of capacity per phase. Ground-up lot line construction of a 4-story, structural steel cast in place structure with extensive deep foundation / structural slabs. To support the site, an onsite 30 megawatt ConEd substation was constructed by JT Magen.
