Overlooking Bryant Park, this 6-floor phased office fit-out for Akin Gump exhibits the company’s collaborative culture. The project has achieved an impressive LEED Platinum certification. Central to the layout is a state-of-the-art Conference Center, fostering dynamic interactions among team members and clients. New coffee bars, pantries and sleek glass office fronts are featured throughout. A striking Black & White Italian Marble Slab adorns the reception wall and desk, and architectural intricacies include layered knife-edge gypsum cove ceilings, custom lighting, and high-end millwork.
