After four years in Pre-Construction, this technologically advanced space spans over 20 floors and an impressive 855,000 SF. This fit-out features a 60,000 SF double-height auditorium, 7,000 SF kitchen and servery with a dining space for 350 people. Infrastructure elements such as exclusive entrances and passenger elevators, raised floor systems and underfloor HVAC across all workspace floors ensure seamless accessibility, optimal comfort, and operational efficiency for the client.
