Spanning across 59,000-square-foot, this space is equipped with numerous smart building technologies, including Power-over-Ethernet lighting and HVAC systems, which are more energy-efficient and easier to install than traditional systems. The office features flexible workspaces, 90 video endpoints, and numerous sensors to monitor occupancy, air quality, and energy usage, collecting data from 5,000 points to optimize the hybrid work environment. This project not only showcases Cisco’s commitment to smart office solutions but also emphasizes the importance of designing spaces that are adaptable, technology-driven, and environmentally conscious, paving the way for future workplace innovations.
