Trevor Day School
To accommodate the school’s planned 25 percent increase in middle and high school enrollment, the Trevor Day School built a new state-of-the-art, LEED-certified, 12-story building with one below-grade level.

This project was especially significant because it was the first instance in which energy piles were used in New York City, and was one of the first projects to contribute to Mayor Bill de Blasio’s goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80 percent by 2050.
