JT Magen completed the 178,107-square-foot build-out of Lord, Abbett & Co.’s global headquarters at 30 Hudson Street in Jersey City, delivering a five-floor, amenity-rich workplace that supports the firm’s evolving operational and cultural needs. The project involved the relocation from Lord Abbett’s former offices at 90 Hudson Street into a right-sized, modern environment focused on collaboration, flexibility, and employee well-being. Serving as construction manager, JT Magen oversaw all phases of delivery for the interior build-out designed by HLW with engineering by AMA Group. The headquarters features open work areas, executive offices, multipurpose conference rooms, a multimedia production studio, auditorium, fitness lounge, game room, training spaces, cafés, and a signature top-floor amenity known as The Exchange, offering panoramic Hudson River views.
