The office fit-out features a prestigious 5th-floor conference center, where Calcatta Gold marble slab walls with bronze accents grace the elevator lobby and reception area, alongside amenities such as a servery/cafeteria, a kitchen, and a large multi-purpose room. Splashes of reclaimed brick walls throughout add a touch of historical charm to this meticulously designed space. Additionally, floors 6, 7, 8, and 10 boast private offices, conference rooms, and strategically placed pantries. This fit-out effortlessly blends sophistication with contemporary design, crafting a workspace that establishes a new benchmark for modern legal offices.
