The space balances transparency and privacy with glass-front private offices, state-of-the-art acoustic wall systems, and light-filled interiors that maximize views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Lower Manhattan skyline. Designed to foster collaboration and connection, the office features hub pantries on each floor, a full-service café with Grab & Go and barista station, and multiple breakout and meeting spaces. Three architecturally striking interconnecting staircases clad in decorative precast concrete with wood handrails and glass guardrails anchor the workplace, creating dramatic focal points and enhancing movement between floors.
