JTM Construction Group, Inc. (JTMCGI), an affiliate of JT Magen, completed the renovation of this flagship Foot Locker store, delivering a modern retail environment in the heart of Los Angeles.This store embraces local Los Angeles culture through a striking mural spanning the escalator wall, created by two local artists. The exclusive two-level flagship has been fully renovated with new finishes, upgraded escalators, and an expansive glass façade. Inside, a shop-in-shop layout is complemented by custom ceiling and flooring elements inspired by the design of a basketball court.
