Foot Locker – Flagship

Completed by JT Magen, this flagship features an all-glass, 4,500-square-foot LED exterior screen that illuminates the storefront, creating a dynamic presence in Times Square. Located at the corner of Broadway and 41st Street, the two-level retail space includes additional back-of-house areas and spans a highly visible urban corner. A 35-foot glass façade encloses dual escalators, while a double-height LED wall projects onto the street, enhancing the store’s visual impact. The project required complete infrastructure upgrades, new vertical transportation systems, and a full interior fit-out, delivering a high-performance retail environment in one of the world’s busiest commercial corridors.
