Equinix (SV10)

A complex logistics plan was developed during the second phase to accommodate the technical rigging of equipment into an active and operating data center. Out of the ground construction on 11 acres of land adjacent to the existing Great Oaks campus. The 2-story, steel-framed building constructed with precast concrete molds meets strict water reduction standards and uses rooftop solar and fuel cells for sustainable energy production. A second phase of four data halls with supportive electrical and cooling equipment including new generation, Li-Ion batteries, four 3MW generators and twenty-eight IDEC mechanical units was recently completed.
