The space includes a thoughtfully programmed reception area, conference center, private offices, open workstations, and a central employee bar and lounge that serves as a social hub for informal interaction.
Warm wood tones and moody, layered lighting establish a relaxed, comfortable environment while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic. High-end finishes were carefully selected throughout, including stone flooring, marble countertops, custom broadloom carpeting sourced from India, and extensive wood paneling.
Design highlights include NewMat custom copper decorative ceilings paired with custom Q-Tran light fixtures, as well as a bespoke bar and lounge featuring custom millwork, copper-painted woodwork, stone backsplashes, and brass footrails. A Dorma automatic glass door at the elevator lobby completes the arrival experience, reinforcing the project’s polished, upscale character.
