The space is bright and airy, showcasing spectacular views of Central Park. The strategically placed feature staircase adorned with custom geometric light fixtures connects all three floors, allowing staff and visitors to easily move between public areas and the outdoor terrace on the lower floor. Featuring a large café and gaming area that can be reconfigured into a versatile public assembly space through a flexible folding wall, the fit-out prioritizes a collaborative environment. Elegantly incorporated throughout the office are oak wood floors, matte stone finishes, custom walnut millwork, and natural elements like biophilic walls.
