The 4,000-square-foot interior fit-out at 3218 Manor Road was designed to support the design firm’s continued growth in Austin while creating a collaborative and welcoming workplace environment. Located on the ground floor, the open-plan office balances functionality and creativity through a mix of open workstations, private offices, conference and meeting rooms, a flex space, and a dedicated plot room for large-scale drawings.

Thoughtful design elements bring warmth and personality to the workplace, including a custom hand-painted mural inspired by the firm’s community roots and office culture. A full kitchen break room serves as a central gathering space, reinforcing the office’s hospitality-driven atmosphere. The result is a flexible, design-forward workspace that reflects the firm’s identity while supporting the evolving needs of its growing team.
