This office expansion for Bain & Company adds a new 39th floor to the firm’s Los Angeles workplace at 1999 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. The fit-out introduces a welcoming reception and amenity level featuring client-facing conference areas, meeting rooms, collaborative workspaces, a coffee bar, pantry, and lounge with biophilic elements, along with a concealed speakeasy. A standout feature is the extended interconnecting staircase, which visually unites all three floors through cohesive finishes, lighting, and a striking wall graphic. The space blends modern design with reinterpreted materials from the existing offices, creating a dynamic environment that supports collaboration and client engagement.
