Gina Mallick, Commercial Insurance & Risk Management
Gina Mallick brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience with expertise in risk identification, transfer, and mitigation. As department head, she oversees corporate risk management and insurance programs, working closely with legal, safety, operations, estimating, HR, brokers, and underwriters to protect company assets and minimize liability.
She manages project-specific insurance programs—including RRPL, Builder’s Risk, CCIPs, and OCIPs—and provides subcontractor insurance prequalification guidance. Gina also directs claims management across all major lines while overseeing TPAs, insurers, and defense counsel. She began her career after earning her degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
