Contact Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database and emailed through SMTP2GO to jtm_bizdev@jtmagen.com. Deleting a website entry does not automatically remove copies held in recipient mailboxes, SMTP2GO systems, diagnostic records, or backups.
Website Analytics
J.T. Magen does not currently use website analytics services for optional visitor tracking or behavioral advertising. If analytics or tracking technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy and the website’s privacy controls should be updated.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website uses functional session storage to support the introductory animation. This storage is used for website functionality rather than optional advertising or behavioral tracking. If additional cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy and the website’s privacy controls should be updated.
Third-Party Services and Scripts
The website uses services and software libraries needed for presentation, email delivery, and functionality, including SMTP2GO, Adobe Typekit, jQuery delivered through Google’s content delivery network, SlickJS delivered through jsDelivr, website hosting, and backup services. When third-party resources are loaded or submissions are delivered, technical information may be transmitted to those providers as part of normal operation. Their processing is governed by applicable agreements and privacy practices.
Diagnostics and Backups
Email-content and attachment logging is disabled in the current mail plugin; however, older diagnostic records may remain. Website and related systems are also subject to backup arrangements. Deletion from the active WordPress database or a mailbox does not necessarily result in immediate removal from provider systems or backups.
Linking to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to websites that are not owned or controlled by J.T. Magen. J.T. Magen is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or accuracy of third-party websites. Visitors should review the privacy policies of third-party websites they visit.
Do Not Track
Because J.T. Magen does not currently use optional analytics or behavioral tracking technologies, the website does not maintain a separate process for responding to Do Not Track signals. Functional session storage is used only to support the introductory animation.
Retention of Personal Information
Contact Form entries stored in WordPress will generally be retained for three (3) years from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, regulatory, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Associated website diagnostic records will generally be retained for one (1) year, unless needed for an active security investigation, legal hold, dispute, or other legitimate business or legal requirement.
Copies contained in recipient mailboxes, SMTP2GO systems, other service-provider systems, or backups may remain until they expire under the applicable mailbox, provider, diagnostic, and backup retention schedules.
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal information will be deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.
Disclosure and Sale of Information
We may disclose information to service providers that support website operation, email delivery, hosting, security, backup, and technical support, or when required by law or necessary to protect our rights. J.T. Magen does not sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through the website.
