Relocation of this global auction house’s New York City headquarters from 580 Madison Avenue to the
legendary and landmarked Steinway Hall. The new U.S. flagship will feature a soaring 80-foot glass atrium,
four levels of galleries and two spacious state-of-the-art auction rooms, increasing square footage by
30%, reasserting Bonhams’ global expansion strategy. A grand staircase will lead to the galleries, auction
rooms and client reception spaces. The new building will be completed with workspaces for U.S. employees
including multiple meeting rooms as well as professional photography studios and centralized warehousing.
