JTM Construction Group, Inc. (JTM CGI), an affiliate of JT Magen, completed exterior and interior renovations for Munchkin’s headquarters located at 7835 Gloria Avenue in Van Nuys, California. Delivered over a 17-week schedule, the project was part of a multi-phased rebrand aimed at enhancing the company’s identity and workplace experience.
Serving as construction manager, JTM CGI partnered with Gensler to execute a comprehensive transformation that included a new entryway featuring a glass façade and a custom design-build sculpture of the Munchkin logo, creating a bold and welcoming arrival experience. Interior improvements focused on the reception and showroom areas, incorporating updated technology and integrated wayfinding graphics aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
