Adidas – Las Vegas

JTM Construction Group, Inc. (JTM CGI), an affiliate of JT Magen, delivered a Class A specialty retail development located at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. Serving as construction manager, JTM CGI supported the project through coordination of tenant design, construction standards, and overall project execution, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality retail environment.

The development encompasses a three-level, approximately 300,000-square-foot retail center comprised of two buildings connected by a third-floor indoor and outdoor rooftop dining and entertainment experience. The project includes a mix of retail suites—featuring two-story spaces with prominent 54-foot storefront façades—designed to create a dynamic, pedestrian-oriented destination along the Las Vegas Strip.

The project also incorporates comprehensive infrastructure and building systems to support a wide range of tenant types, including retail and food and beverage users. Detailed design and construction guidelines were implemented to maintain consistency across storefronts, signage, lighting, and building systems, while still allowing for individual tenant expression.

The resulting development delivers a highly curated retail and entertainment environment that combines architectural flexibility, strong visual identity, and integrated tenant coordination, supporting a vibrant and engaging destination experience.
