JT Magen successfully delivered the finished Paramount Club, a highly curated 32,000-square-foot private amenity destination on the concourse level of 1301 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. A complex repurposing of existing lower-level space to create a dynamic, design-forward environment that seamlessly blends work, leisure, wellness, and hospitality were executed.
The finished space is anchored by a dramatic two-story atrium and feature staircase clad in black honed granite with custom steel and brass balustrade that invites natural light deep into the club, creating an engaging arrival experience. Inside, the Paramount Club offers a thoughtful mix of programmed areas, including a game room, adaptable business lounge, classroom-style training room, a tech-equipped 18-person boardroom, fitness and wellness center, café, and elegantly designed atrium restaurant. These are all detailed with carefully selected finishes and furnishings that reinforce comfort and sophistication. The space also includes flexible meeting and auditorium areas that support large gatherings and events.
