JTM Construction Group, Inc. (JTMCGI), an affiliate of JT Magen, has completed a major expansion of Netflix Studios Albuquerque, delivering a state-of-the-art production campus in New Mexico. Serving as construction manager, JTM CGI oversaw the project from demolition and grading through core and shell construction, interior fit-out, and final commissioning, collaborating with a multidisciplinary design team to create a highly flexible and comprehensive production environment. The expansion added approximately 430,000 square feet of new facilities, including multiple soundstages, production support and office buildings, mill buildings, and exterior backlots, significantly enhancing the site’s capabilities beyond its original footprint. The project also included full site infrastructure, utilities, and sustainability-focused features such as geothermal HVAC, EV charging, and infrastructure for a large solar field, aligning with Netflix’s goals for reduced carbon impact and long-term efficiency
