This extensive 600,000 square-foot construction project involves a comprehensive redevelopment and expansion, featuring a multi-phased restack of 18 practice floors and an extension from the 50th to the 51st floor for a state-of-the-art conference center. Central to the redesign is an impressive metal and wood double helix feature stair connecting the upper floors, enhancing both aesthetics and accessibility. The project includes new construction throughout the entire Kirkland & Ellis stack, with centrally located stairs on practice floors and a welcoming café/lounge area boasting a double-height ceiling. This transformation aims to create a dynamic, efficient, and visually striking workspace, integrating modern design elements to meet evolving needs and promote employee well-being.
