Construction Project Manager
Manage coordination, planning and direction for project and construction management activities to ensure project needs are met. Manages project controls, costs and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization and project closeout. Point of contact for client, consultants, and design team. Leading project meetings to update all relevant parties on the current state of affairs. Coordinate and monitor activities of all contractors. Daily check ins with Superintendents to review status of contractors scope. Manage scheduling, execution and guiding project through client acceptance standards and meeting the requirements of the city. Managing safety and identifying potential construction risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent

Construction Superintendent
Responsible engineering duties involving various renewable energy production techniques. Responsible for testing the company’s projects for energy efficiency. utilize software modeling tools used to predict energy efficiency. Analyze data and survey reports for power systems projects, utilizing data to improve system processes. Responsible for developing improvements to our current power system projects. Oversee every step of construction process from planning to completion. Manage team of workers including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation. Review RFIs & submittals for compliance with project manual and ensuring we meet required codes and standards.

Oversee the implementation, auditing of subcontractors’ adherence of National, State, County and Client Environmental, Health and Safety requirements for hyperscale data center projects. Responsible for review and coordination of crane related activities. Review project drawings for prediction of work and management alteration to encompass alterations for changing risks. Responsible for daily reporting, audits, corrective actions, incident investigation.

Estimator
Responsible for applying technical knowledge of building and engineering principles and methodologies to prepare time, cost and labor estimates. Prepare cost summaries for construction
projects. Analyze bids and consulting with subcontractors and vendors of needed materials to formulate estimates for the construction projects and to resolve any issues related to these projects. Issue comprehensive bid packages and solicit bids from approved subcontractors. Undertake relevant feasibility studies, value engineering and life-cycle costing utilizing scientific principles and methods. Conduct analysis of architects’ drawings, blueprints and specifications. Perform quantity surveys to determine the amount of labor and materials required for the projects, i.e., estimates of dimensions, unit numbers, equipment needs and crew size. Advise client and design team of cost implications of various design proposals, and perform settlement and close-out of all subcontract accounts upon project completion.
